Want to learn about electric vehicles (EVs)?  Then join Temple Beth Shalom ‘s Environmental Action Committee on Wednesday, March 4th at 7:30 pm for their Electric/Plug-in Electric Cars workshop.  Green Energy Consumers Alliance, part of the Solarize Plus Needham program currently underway, will tell you all about the benefits of EVs, plug-in hybrids vs. full electric vehicles, EV charging options, driving ranges of different vehicles, and their “Drive Green” program, which allows consumers to get EVs at discounted prices at area dealerships.  The program is free and open to the public – all are welcome.
