Are you curious about what the Town of Needham is doing to combat climate change? The Climate Action Plan Committee (CAPC) is hosting a meeting to introduce Needham’s first-ever Climate Action Roadmap. The event will include an overview of the Roadmap and the process by which it was developed, and a brief presentation of accomplishments to date, climate hazards, Needham’s greenhouse gas emissions assessment, and identified priority actions. The presenters will also discuss what comes next: How will we use and update the Climate Action Roadmap in the coming months and years? The meeting is open to everyone, and all residents, business owners, Needham Boards and Committees are encouraged to attend. The event will include ample time for questions and discussion. The event will take place at Powers Hall in the Town Hall on June 5th from 6-7 pm.
