Reconciling Climate Change Science and Values – John Hagan
October 3, 2010 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Climate change is no longer just a physical, scientific issue. It is a social phenomenon—an “idea” that now touches everyone in every part of the globe. So moving forward on climate change means acknowledging differences in views and values.
John Hagan, President of the Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences, will speak on the challenge of reconciling climate change science and values at the Bemis Memorial Lecture in Lincoln on October 3rd.
See the event flyer for additional details on the lecture and on John Hagan.
