Green Needham Collaborative is excited to be hosting an early evening event for builders, lenders and real estate brokers as well as Town of Needham officials on building “green” net-zero energy homes and buildings. Our presenters will be sharing simple ways to increase the energy efficiency of a building, both for new construction and renovations, to reduce/eliminate greenhouse gas emissions—without significantly changing the way you do your work. We will also be learning about evaluating properties that have been designed with high efficiency in mind.
