Clara Silverstein will speak about her 2010 book, A White House Garden Cookbook: Healthy Ideas from the First Family for Your Family, Sunday November 14th at 2:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Needham Free Public Library. The free program is sponsored by Friends of the Needham Public Library.

Silverstein will tell how she researched the book, healthy ways to cook with the kinds of vegetables and fruits grown in the White House garden, and fun facts about White House gardens, past and present. She will also show photos from her two visits.
