“Busier than usual” – Town Forest Earth Day cleanup

Members of the Needham High School Environmental Club were joined by volunteers from Green Needham and Mothers Out Front along with a few walk-on volunteers to clean up trash in and around the Town Forest this afternoon.

Thumbs up and thank you to the town staff from forestry, parks and the RTS who do this work every day, for disposing of the trash we collected – and taking this picture.

Sadly, a thumbs down to the dog owners who left many plastic bags of doggy poop for us to dispose of.
