Take advantage of an opportunity to talk with our state legislators this Friday morning. The League of Women Voters Needham welcomes all three Needham legislators to Needham. The League has asked them to update us on their work this session, discuss three League-supported bills in the League’s action areas, and get their take on the future of health care in Massachusetts.
LWVN’s local action priorities of particular interest to Green Needham members include natural resources, climate change, food & agriculture and transportation. A League local action team has been active in the early work on the plastic bag ban project.
The meeting will be held Friday, March 24 at 9:15 a.m. in the Needham Public Library. Come be a part of the discussion!
